The mask seems to sculpt his head into a new one, and that girl body looks like the result of a similarly fundamental change. That nose going all little and dainty... yeah!

Also, if a mask and presumably a body costume could really cause such dramatic changes, making an ordinary-looking guy to all appearances an exaggeratedly hot gal, I'm sure there'd be little need to force someone to wear them. Unless when re-shaped into girl-form the guy would have to do some pretty degrading and painful things, there are enough guys out there would would volunteer, just to be able to see such a girl in the mirror and spend time "as her." Some would probably put up with pain and degradation too, if the illusion (or reality?) of being a gal were powerful enough and that was the only way they'd be allowed to experience it.

'Course, if you have a bondage kink, and like to think about unwilling men being stuck, unable to speak, inside suits that make them into living dolls, and so on, that's that. I still like the picture a lot, though it's not quite my flavor of kink.
